What type of rental agreements do you have?
Marathon Services can tailor our Southern California and Los Angeles Konica Minolta printer and copier rental program to meet your specific needs, from a few days, to as long as you need it!
Is there a minimum rental charge?
Yes, there is either a one week or one month minimum rental charge for our Konica Minolta printers and copiers available in the Los Angeles area. If you use the equipment for less than the designated plan, your cost will be for the minimum period. If you use the equipment for more than the minimum rental period, your final usage will be prorated.
What does your rental program include?
Greater Los Angeles area Konica Minolta copier and printer rental with service and supplies (excluding paper & staples). In addition, we provide FREE training on all copiers, printers and fax units we rent. All of our copiers include print and scanning at no additional cost.
How many rental programs do you offer?
We offer two types of pricing programs:
- Our first program includes a number of copies/prints in our base rental rate. If you exceed the allotted copies/prints, you are charged a per copy/print rate.
- Our high volume copy program is our favorite for customers making over 30,000 copies/prints per month. Here you pay a base charge for the copier, and all copies/prints are charged at less than .01.
Is there a charge for scanning?
Although some companies are charging for scanning, Marathon Services does not charge for scanning!
If we need service, how fast will your technician respond to our problem?
Our technician will call you immediately after receiving your service call. Thanks to digital copier technology, many times the problem can be fixed over the telephone. If we find that we need to come to your office for service, we will be there in 2-3 hours.
Do you have a Service Response Guarantee?
Yes, we guarantee to be at your office in 4 hours or less. If we fail to meet that commitment, Marathon Services will pay you $25/hour we’re late.
What if my copier is completely down and I have a deadline to meet?
Unfortunately there are times when a copier/printer will break down at the most inconvenient time. We understand there are times when you can’t wait for our technical support. Marathon Services will help defray outside copying/printing costs as long as it is approved by our office.
If our copy/printer usage exceeds what we are using, can we upgrade?
Yes. Marathon Services has an equipment inventory here in Los Angeles of Konica Minolta printers and copiers worth over $500,000, allowing us to meet our customer’s needs!
How soon can I expect my copier(s) once I’ve decided what I need?
Since we have our own truck, there are times we can deliver the same day! We can guarantee delivery the next day.
What areas do you service?
We primarily offer our service throughout Los Angeles County (and the surrounding counties of Southern California).
A Marathon Service representative will arrive to service your machine within three hours after a service call is received by our service dispatcher during regular working hours. If we fail to appear within three hours, Marathon will give the customer a $50.00 credit for every hour (or fraction thereof) that exceeds the three hours.
Total Customer Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the equipment provided to you and serviced by Marathon Services, at your request, we will replace it without charge with an identical model or machine with comparable features and capabilities. This guarantee applies as long as you own the equipment and we are your service provider.
If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided by Marathon Services for your equipment, within the first six months, Marathon will pay all costs to put your equipment on a service contract with the service provider of your choice.

From the time we receive your call, we’ll be there in less than 3 (THREE) hours to service your equipment. If we’re late, we’ll give you a $50 credit for every hour that exceeds the three-hour window.
Lifetime Customer Satisfaction
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your new or refurbished printer, copier, or MFP, we’ll replace it with an identical model or machine. No hassles, no problem!
